Breakfast

1 carrot
6 Kale leaves
1/2 cucumber
1/2 green apple
6 fresh frozen strawberries
4 fresh frozen black berries
4 raspberries
4 blackberries
4 fresh frozen peach slices
Spoon full of plain Greek yogurt
1. Pack oatmeal
Soy milk

Taste like depression on ice. Its ok, very filling but in no way shape and/or form is it good.
