Well I been juicing for about a week now. I'm down 5lbs! I would be down more but apparently eating honey chicken and shrimp fried rice is frowned on in the weight lost community.

Spoon full of plain Greek yogurt
4 slices of mango.
Man, if y'all would of seen me with that mango this morning. I felt like Fantasia at a Foreign film with subtitles. But 10 mins later and one goggle search, I figured it out.
